Nikki Pechet is the Co-Founder and CEO of Homebound. In the aftermath of the 2017 California wildfires, Nikki set out to revolutionize the home rebuilding process, leveraging technology to simplify what has previously been a complex and time-consuming endeavor. She has since expanded Homebound’s business to serve markets with low housing supply, making building a new home possible for anyone, anywhere.

Prior to her role at Homebound, Nikki was an early executive at Thumbtack, where she was instrumental in scaling the platform into the industry's fastest-growing home services marketplace and a $3 billion business. Her professional journey began at Pepsi, where she built consumer brands in highly competitive markets, followed by Bain & Company, where she led innovation strategy projects, helping companies transition into the digital age. Her entrepreneurial mindset also led her to Related Companies, the global real estate powerhouse, where she led forward-thinking strategies in property development.

Nikki also serves on the Board of Directors for Thrivent Financial, a Fortune 500 financial services company, and is an investor in a range of early-stage technology companies. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and three kids.
