R.P. Eddy is the CEO of Ergo, a premier geopolitical and economic intelligence firm renowned for its precise forecasting and cogent analysis of pivotal world events. He served on the White House National Security Council and as a senior U.S. and United Nations diplomat, contributing to the formation of landmark international accords. He has negotiated peace with African warlords, the creation of the International Criminal Court, and led attempts to rescue US hostages. R.P. was an architect of the Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria—credited with saving over 50 million lives—an initiative for which the UN team was honored with a Nobel Peace Prize. Listed by Foreign Policy magazine among America’s most respected national security experts, he was likewise recognized by the World Economic Forum as a “Global Leader for Tomorrow.”
Today, R.P. is a pioneer in new analytical methodologies, including the “Cassandra Coefficient,” and “Generation 3 Scenario Forecasting.” He co-authored the HarperCollins best-seller “Warnings: Finding Cassandras to Stop Catastrophes” with Richard Clarke. He has led efforts to build the counterterrorism forces NYPD and LAPD, reduce political polarization, ensure safe social media and artificial intelligence. R.P. has testified before the Congress, and spoken at the UN General Assembly and the Nobel Prize Summit. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission, as well as a proud father of three. R.P. continues to redefine the boundaries of predictive analysis for the benefit of international policymakers and corporate leaders alike. He holds a B.Sc. in Neuroscience from Brown University.
