Troy joins New Home Company with over 20 years of experience in new home sales, land acquisition and horizontal development. He most recently worked at Brookfield Asset Management overseeing their national land banking portfolio. Prior to Brookfield Troy lead the William Lyon land acquisition and development teams for its AZ division and its 6,000 lot portfolio. 

Troy is originally from the Central Coast of CA before moving to AZ for high school and college. Troy and his wife Lindey have 2 daughters in college and another in high school.
