Founder of the firm in 1981, Bill Hezmalhalch is President of WHA, Inc., a comprehensive planning and design firm. He leads a team of hand-selected and seasoned professionals to exercise the firm’s daily operations. Bill exercises his passion for working with clients to visualize and execute their project objectives. With over 40 years of experience and a specialization in community and neighborhood design, Bill has directed and designed a broad range of residential and recreational building types.

Under Bill’s leadership, WHA has become a community design and land planning leader, establishing and reinventing the vision for numerous communities throughout the world.

In addition, Bill has influenced WHA to take part in numerous philanthropy projects throughout the world. Bill is a frequent speaker at national, regional, and local industry events. In 2010, he was inducted into the William S. Marvin Hall of Fame for Design Excellence. Bill was also inducted into the 2015 California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame.
